The notary prepares the draft deed. The draft may be made available to the parties for review at their request.

Signing the deed

The act takes place at the office. In justified cases, a visit away from the office is possible.

Settling the fees

The act includes the notarial fee, taxes and court fees. The notary forwards the sums collected to the relevant institutions.

The cost of a notarial act depends on its type, value and complexity. Part of the cost is the notary's remuneration, and part comprises taxes and court fees arising from the law.
